Born in Britain and now proudly based in Australia, Charlie made a complete career pivot at 30, walking into one of the most male-dominated industries in the world, with no connections, no experience in the sport and no guarantee of anything.
Six years later she is one of Australia's most recognised motorsport presenters and corporate MCs, hosting the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in front of 483,000 people and presenting across every major category of Australian motorsport.
That journey, built entirely on showing up before she felt ready, is the foundation of everything she does on stage, on screen and in the boardroom.
As a corporate MC and event host, Charlie brings a standard of preparation and presence that comes from performing in the highest-pressure live environments in Australian sport. Formula 1, MotoGP, Supercars, GT World Challenge, Adelaide Motorsport Festival, National awards nights, car and race team launches. She has held every kind of room, from intimate brand activations to stadiums of hundreds of thousands, and she knows how to make every single one feel effortless.
